We created the Customer Experience Index to quality check our services and make sure we are always at the top of our game. After every interaction with a customer, we send out a voluntary survey to evaluate our services and the experience of our customers. This unbiased and unabridged feedback is collected, studied, and put into action plans to continuously improve our relationships and experiences with both clients and physicians.
