How do I get started?

We’ve taken steps to make working with Delta Locum Tenens as easy as possible.  You will be assigned one consultant, who will be your main point-of-contact and is available to you 24/7.  We will take as much as possible out of your hands and into ours—including travel, accommodations and malpractice.

1. Speak to a consultant from Delta Locum Tenens.  In this initial conversation, we will identify your needs and requirements and discuss coverage solutions.
   1. Call (877) 4-LOCUMS (456-2867).
   2. Complete this form to request a phone call from your consultant.
       
2. Complete the one-page agreement.  This one agreement is flexible for all your current and future needs.  Every time you identify a coverage need, just give us a call.
    
3. Approve your candidates.  Our recruiting consultants will market your opportunity to our expanding physician base of pre-qualified candidates.  Once we have identified potential candidates interested in pursuing your opportunity, we will present them to you with supporting documents and negotiated rates.  You will have all the information necessary to decide if the candidate is the right fit.
   
   
4. Get coverage.  Once you have approved the candidate, we will take care of what’s necessary to get them working at your facility.  We will assist with privileging at your facility, and our in-house travel department will arrange travel and accommodations.
